TB12 is looking for an experienced digital commerce professional to join our team, reporting to the Vice President of eCommerce. 

The Senior Manager, Digital Commerce at TB12 will be responsible for driving growth in several key functions including (but not limited to) digital marketing, retail/partner expansion, and eCommerce management. Success in this role will be achieved through leadership, innovation, and strong strategic planning resulting in revenue growth and new client acquisition through all TB12 digital channels.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Build, manage and execute robust performance marketing strategies with our media agency, to support all aspects of the marketing funnel and improve Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • In partnership with TB12 creative team, continually develop and test new media creative to drive lower Client Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Drive growth of Amazon sales through diligent and strategic enhancements within Amazon Advertising. Lead day to day operations, collaborating with eCommerce team.
  • Update weekly reporting and data/analytics aggregation for strategic insights. Continue to build automated reporting structure driving actionable change and data driven decision making for all TB12 digital properties.
  • Support development of TB12’s digital membership and loyalty program through mobile app, under the leadership of the Vice President of Digital Commerce and Senior Vice President of Services.
  • Improve the digital client experience for TB12’s physical locations using TB12 app and website.
  • Own the multimedia transactional flow communication strategy to consistently improve LTV and conversion rates.
  • If applicable, lead or assist business with other growth areas of the business including:
    • Increase brand exposure in new eCommerce marketplaces
    • Coordinate wholesale distribution and retail partnerships.
    • Other as reasonable

Other Priorities:

  • Harness opportunities to collect consumer insights from ecommerce sales and provide analysis to the team cross-functionally.
  • Assist other business leaders as needed to drive growth.

Position Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience working for a brand with a focus on digital commerce.
  • Hands-on experience with Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) eCommerce platform, Shopify is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Relentless drive to self-educate about the latest digital trends and tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and efficiently produce results.
  • Constant focus on finding innovative ways to think about our business differently.
